2. Can I customize it if I don’t know any craftsmanship?
Yes. Our salesperson will give you a detailed introduction and recommend the process that is most suitable for your art work (including size, material, plating, color, packaging, etc.)
3. Will there be a big color difference between the artwork and the actual product?
There will not be a big color difference, the colors of the products are all produced according to Pantone.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity and one product can also be customized
5. How long does it take to make a sample?
Under normal circumstances, it can be completed in one week. The specific production time depends on the complexity of the product’s process.
6. Can you provide artwork for free?
